As Virginia and DC wedding photographers, we will NEVER get tired of shooting in our Nation’s Capital! There’s so much to capture. The historic buildings, all of the iconic monuments; it’s truly a wedding photographers playground.
Engagement shoot #1 from last weekend was something special. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Tiana and Lyndon for the first time. These two are amazing human beings, inside and out. Natives to the DC area, they were gracious enough to show us around some of the beautiful locations in DC.
Since we had been communicating back and forth in the weeks leading up to shoot, finally meeting them in person felt like seeing old friends. This is the feeling we strive for with every couple. To make it feel like they’re hanging out with trusted friends and family, because it shows in the photos!
We started at Union station and took our time exploring some of the beautiful architecture of the historic buildings, like the nearby Capitol building. We hope you enjoy a few of our favorites below! (Be sure to leave a comment!)
